Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s mission and business goals.
· Help to define target markets and customer personas for environmental biotechnology products and services.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated with sales, R&D, and business development objectives
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the environmental, biotechnology, or sustainability sectors.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts in an accessible and engaging manner
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for environmental sustainability and technology. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Scientist (Microbiology) - 1 post
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, plan, and execute experiments focused on microbial processes, including bioremediation, wastewater treatment, biosolid composting, and waste-to-energy applications.
2. Develop and optimize microbial consortia for various environmental applications, such as the breakdown of organic pollutants, pathogen reduction, and nutrient cycling.
3. Explore new microbial strains and biotechnological approaches for improving the efficiency of environmental processes.
4. Isolate, characterize and identify novel microbial strains with potential for bioremediation and pollution control
5. Analyze experimental data using statistical and bioinformatics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of microbial treatments and processes.
6. Present research results and recommendations to internal teams, stakeholders, and at scientific conferences
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP)
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: MSc in Microbiology, Environmental Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
Experience: 2+ years of experience in environmental microbiology, biotechnology, or related research areas, preferably in a laboratory or industrial setting. Proven experience with microbial culturing, isolation, and characterization techniques. Knowledge of microbiological applications in environmental contexts such as water microbiology, wastewater treatment, bioremediation, waste management, or sustainable agriculture. Familiarity with molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, sequencing, qPCR).
Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience using bioinformatics tools for data analysis. Proficiency with sophisticated laboratory equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and present research findings.
Personal Attributes: Passionate about environmental sustainability and biotechnology innovation. Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
